This page will inform you of the Terms and Conditions in accordance with making a booking for 3 pax and above for our services.
Please take some time to read these Terms and Conditions before making a booking. By agreeing to make a booking, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes..
Bookings for 3 pax and above must be made directly via Instagram DM or via our company WhatsApp number (Bangsar- +6017-226 6648, Publika- +6011-3302 6648, Platinum Park-+6011-5580 3398)
-For bookings 3 pax and above, a 50% *non-refundable* deposit of the group’s total service is required to secure your slots. (E.g: 3 pax Tai-Tai Life ( 3 pax x RM75= RM225, *50% of RM 225= RM112.50 deposit*)
-Deposit for each pax will be directly used to deduct final service price. In situation where 1 pax out of the group does not show up, their share of the deposit will not be used to deduct final bill of group and the deposit will be forfeited.
-The booking will only be made after the deposit is made and the transaction slip is sent to us for our reference.
- The deposit have to be made through online banking, credit card and cash is not accepted.
-Any rescheduling or cancellations of the appointment booking is still accepted at least 24 hours (only during operating hours 10am- 7pm) before the appointment date. The deposit made will be refunded in the via online bank transfer within 3 working days to the guest who made the booking. Kindly provide the representative’s bank account details when booking.
-Any rescheduling or cancellations of the appointment booking within 24 hours will not be accepted and the deposit made will be forfeited.
-As COCOdry is operating on an appointment-only basis, we can only allow a 10-min grace period if guests are late for their appointment. If guests are late to their appointment after 10 mins, we have to unfortunately cancel their appointment because they would not be able to enjoy the full service experience and appointments after theirs may be affected or delayed. The deposit made will also be forfeited.
-For bookings whereby our guest would like to utilize their package for their friends & family in that session, a *50% refundable deposit* of the total original service price is required to secure their slots (E.g: 3 pax COCO scalp Treatment ( 3 pax x RM350= RM1050, *50% of RM 1050= RM525*)
-The booking will only be made after the deposit is made and the transaction slip is sent to us for our reference.
-The deposit will be *refunded within 3 working days after the service*. Kindly provide the representative’s bank account details when making the booking.
- In situation where 1 (or more) pax out of the group is unable to make it for the appointment, their share of the deposit will be forfeited.
